Jill loved the process so much that she was offered a job with the cabinet company she worked with on her own kitchen. In 2001, Jill purchased the residential kitchen division of the company she’d been working for and started Classic Kitchen & Bath in our original location on High Street in Harrisonburg.

In 2002, Chad joined the team, and in 2003 we built our current showroom on Deyerle Avenue. With Chad’s expertise on-board, we founded RiverRun Cabinetry, a Shenandoah Valley cabinet company that we sold in 2018 to be able to focus on what we do best: providing award-winning kitchen and bath design expertise and quality products to our customers

We recently completed some upgrades to our 1987 kitchen. Crystal at Classic Kitchen & Bath was extremely helpful in educating us about countertops, ordering the cooktop and sink that I preferred and arranging for the installation of our quartz countertops. We are very pleased with the way everything turned out and would definitely use C K&B again!

Doug Little at CK&B hit the ball out of the park! My wife and I decided to have a complete kitchen re-model design and construction performed, shortly after moving into our present home. I’m happy to report that even with the considerable time the two of us spent in looking at kitchen styles and materials, Doug performed as the true professional; and while incorporating our ideas, added his own - to create an enjoyable environment all can appreciate!

I used Classic to update three bathrooms in my home. They did a great job interpreting my design goals to meet my practical needs. I had a very specific budget I wanted to work within, and Doug at Classic made great suggestions and refined the design so I could get what I wanted while keeping my costs in line. Beautiful showroom, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very professional, and very quick. Highly recommended.

We met with Doug and Brook on Friday morning to look at the rendering for our kitchen update. To say I'm excited is an understatement!! I sell Pampered Chef and do a lot of cooking videos from my kitchen, and they took that into consideration and designed my kitchen to make that even easier for me and put all my items that I might need right at my finger tips. I will certainly post before and after pictures when it is done this fall. I have already recommended them to a family member and will tell anyone who ask to go see them. We will also be using them for our bathrooms as we continue updating our new home.

Classic Kitchen & Bath worked with us to remodel our bathroom about five years ago. It has been wonderful but we needed to replace some of the plastic shower frame seals. Katie and the team worked above and beyond to get us what we needed! Thanks for everything from the Paxtons!

Classic K&B did my kitchen and bathrooms for my new house - tile, cabinets, countertops. Cathy with design was a dream to work with, helping me choose quality products, refine the look, and stay in budget. This was done during COVID, when supplies were iffy - we did have to make adjustments to product choices bc of supply problems. Response time was great, ongoing communication wonderful. I worked with Tim down in Wilmington, NC to renovate my kitchen with new cabinets. They are beautiful. I had one slight delay due to a measurement but was solved. I am very picky and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use again.

Classic Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended by a friend, and they were just what I was looking for! When I first began thinking about a kitchen remodel, I thought I was going to have to DIY with an IKEA kitchen or wait for the next big Lowes sale, but Classic's estimate was SO affordable and Leslie was beyond wonderful to work with through the design and planning process. Being able to visit the showroom and put my hands on samples made me feel so comfortable about making decisions; their offerings are all so beautiful. My kitchen had some odd spaces that I was afraid would be unusable, yet Leslie was able to come up with such smart and efficient ways to use up as much space as possible (who knew I needed a cabinet for sheet pans!). Even in the middle of a pandemic, delivery and installation were a breeze, and my installer did not leave until he knew everything was prefect and to my liking. We loved working with Classic and their team so much that we are currently using them again for a remodel project in WV! I cannot speak highly enough, 10/10!

My son was referred to Classic Kitchen and Bath by a contractor when he was remodeling an old farmhouse. I thought that they would not be affordable, but I was surprised to find that they had many options available. We have used Cathy at CK&B twice and got superb outcomes in both remodeling adventures. The most recent was a master bath. We converted and useless corners garden tub into a large walk in shower with aging in place upgrades. The old shower became a nice closet. Design A+. Materials A+. Scheduling B. Like any complex project, scheduling is art and science. Our project took 5 months, working around injured subs, available crews, and deer season. We are still delighted and give CK&B and Cathy the designer, a strong recommendation.

I have known about Classic Kitchen and Bath since we moved to Harrisonburg in 2004. They replaced a countertop for us when we first moved into our home. Since our home is 60 years old, it has needed quite a few updates over the years and we have used Classic Kitchen and Bath for all of our bathroom and kitchen udpates. The owner, Jill, is very professional and also cares a lot about our community. Jill shows this through her generosity and support of many local nonprofits. I have worked with Gabby in design and she is phenomenal. Her warm and friendly personality is why I enjoy working with her. She is very knowledgeable and professional and is able to apply her knowledge in a way that is not overbearing and incorporates my transitional taste into her plans. When looking for items in their beautiful show room, I have spent time with all of the staff at one time or another and find them all to be friendly and helpful. They seem to be a good team. If you are looking for a well run, local company, with a staff that truly cares about the quality of the product and. your experience, you should choose Classic Kitchen and Bath. I will definitely work with them in the future and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

We finally installed new countertops and a backsplash. Our experience was wonderful and I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I began our kitchen remodel in January of 2019 with a visit to Classic Kitchen & Bath. There we were introduced to Leslie who became our consummate cheerleader and trouble shooter over the next few months. The design process and the many decisions to make (cabinetry; tile; hardware; lighting; appliances; and countertops) were daunting but Leslie helped us through each step with encouragement and advice. The remodel began in late August of 2019 and was completed in early October. The result is beautiful and our kitchen now feels as if it has been this way forever! I bought a new home a few months ago, one of the cabinet hinges broke and after calling the cabinet company they informed me that all of my cabinets came from Classic Kithen and Bath, as they are the only business in the area that sells these cabinets. I came into the store and spoke with Kimberly, she quickly had me new hinges. I then asked her how much they where going to cost, she informed me that it was still under warranty. This was an awesome feeling knowing that we had nothing to worry about, as we are still settling into our new home and getting to know our home each day. I had a very good experience with Classic Kitchen & Bath. Before going to them, I got a quote from one of those on-line design outfits that claims to sell for 60% of retail. Their quote was double the cost of Classic Kitchen... and didn't include the granite.Classic Kitchen designed my kitchen and wet bar and delivered the cabinets. They are beautiful. Leslie was very detail oriented and professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had a tiny space (100 SQ feet) that needed to do the job of a much bigger kitchen, be ADA accessible, with a not so big budget.
